Valentino Fall 2012 Couture.
For Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli the choice was dark clothes; at this times I can´t found the right words to describe the collection, was again a fairy tale, seems like a wonder land for these magnificent designers; Intense, sensual, elegant and chic, giving the right balance for a sofisticate woman.
Bellissimo, Valentino SS 2013.
For the second collection for men Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli give us couture and innovation. Piccioli said to style.com “We believe that couture is a culture,” and he added “a culture that you can translate to all categories” and men are included.
When we hear “Couture” of course that we think in tailoring, but in this case is not all about sartorial, this season was more sporty than nothing, mixed with military touchs and differents fabrics in one piece, some green neon colors and perfect bags; monsieur Valentino used to say “I know what the women want; they want to be beautiful;” and it seem to be that Chiuri and Piccioli know what the men want, we want to be beautiful to.
Valentino Fall Winter 2012-13. #PFW
Ethnic, soft, romantic, delicate and above all couture, a mixture uncommon but incredibly fascinating, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli have the gift of breathtaking who see their collections for autumn winter 2012 was clearly the inspiration ethnic, the color palette used for this cultural journey was much darker than they had before, some rosewood appeared in the collection to remember the brand of romanticism that is Valentino, leather and black chiffon were used to give the touch strong and sensual to the collection and of course there were some “rosso Valentino” outfits, the cultural trip went hand in hand with certain applications, and you had clearly patterned ethnic, white dresses taken from Greece, in addition to tissues that reminded me of Machu Pichu. Common inspirations and extraordinary performances that could be my review in a few words.
